Week 2

On Sunday I went and talked to my Pastor, Pastor Bob Frisk of North Shore Church. Pastor Bob is not only a Pastor but he works as an unpaid Chaplin at the local sheriff department. I sat down with Pastor Bob and he told me all about what he does as a Chaplin and what kind of thins have happened t Pastor Bob gets to work with the deputies in the jail and at the Station and also gets to ride around on patrol with the deputies. Well he is riding around he gets to talk with the deputies because they see a lot of horrible things in there line of work. Pastor bob told me an interesting story about this lady that was divorced from her husband and they had restraining orders against each other. The woman was living somewhere else and she needed a mammogram and she was on a long waiting list and she couldn’t wait for it. So she went to visit her husband and he called the police and she got put in jail and was able to get her mammogram, talk about using the system.
I did some work on my Radio Project this week. The project is about Pastor Bob being a Chaplin and his stories with the Deputies so I decided to use the cops theme song for my into.

Week 1

This week I thought about what I was going to do for my radio assignment. I decided that I will interview my pastor who is Chaplin at the sheriffs department. I figure he has some interesting stories to tell and I could use one of them for my podcast.
